Gisella has been leading SUMAQ Law firm since 2015 and has 20 years of experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property and Commercial Law.
She has worked at top law firms in both Peru and Spain, handling administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings, covering a wide range of disputes in Intellectual and Industrial Property.
She has taken on the legal representation of companies in sectors such as hospitality and catering, textiles, and appliances in defense of their distinctive signs.
Furthermore, Gisella provides advice on contractual matters, as well as advertising, unfair competition, e-commerce, and data protection for Spanish and international companies in sectors such as food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, fashion, and jewelry.
All the while, she continues to nurture her passion for teaching, regularly participating as a speaker in various seminars and workshops related to industrial property and unfair competition law.
